About Me
I work with developing digital collections, expanding library digital scholarship services, supporting digital humanities, and creating and improving digital experiences. I have a information science degree from the University of Michigan, where I focused on libraries and human-computer interaction, and I am a digital practitioner and an embracer of emerging technologies with experience in implementing collaborative digital solutions in higher education.
I help with, among other things, digitization, digital publishing, digital preservation, digital collection-building, and developing digital projects. Please contact me for any questions you may have about our institutional repository, Digital Commons at Macalester, or our image and digital objects system, CONTENTdm.
In addition to working with the above departments, I also manage the library website, build web applications, provide digital scholarship support and services including helping to make Macalester scholarship available to the world, work at the library reference desk, and develop videos and tutorials. Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions.
If I am not in, please contact the Reference Desk at 651-696-6618.
